Adult Ministries at Providence promote fellowship and provide opportunities
which enable us to get connected to God and each other. Small group experiences
are offered in a wide variety of formats including Sunday morning classes,
weekly Bible Study groups, prayer team, Disciple classes and recreational
events. We believe that through small group connections we grow in our
faith, care for each other, develop our gifts, share joys and concerns,
serve others and have FUN! If you have questions about how to get connected
in Adult Ministries, email Leslie Lunsford at LLunsford@provumc.com
We believe that it is God's will for each of us to be involved in
the ministries of the church. The members of Providence UMC are its ministers
assisted by the staff.
It
is our hope that we will not simply have 'attenders' but will help create
'extenders'; people who will extend God's love and caring far beyond the
walls of our own church.
