Children's Ministries includes nursery, Mother's Morning Out, Preschool, Kindergarten, Sunday School and Children's Worship. All children experience God's love and learn about Jesus from those who take care of them in the nursery and teach them throughout the week. Providence meets older children where they are to help them grow in their spiritual journey with age-appropriate lessons and activities which enrich their learning, and encouragement to serve others throughout the year.

**Important Note**

All children must be checked into the security system when being left for any activity in the Children’s Building. This is a very important aspect of the UMC “Safe Sanctuaries” policy. We appreciate your cooperation and patience! First time visitors go to the Welcome Desk to sign in. Once you sign your child in, we will automatically move your child to the next classroom, so you can go to worship, Sunday School or
have coffee in the Connection Café.
Many thanks to all who participated in Trunk or Treat--it was a great success!
The hayrides and corn-shucking were extra fun for the kids! See photos on event page!

Registration for Mother's Morning Out, Preschool, K5 and kindergarten is almost full!  Providence UMC programs serve children 6 weeks-6 years. We offer developmentally appropriate curricula and follow state mandated guidelines established by Bright from the Start. In preschool classes, we make learning fun while maintaining an academic focus on emerging literacy skills and beginning math concepts. Kindergarten is taught by a certified teacher with public school experience.
