Sometimes It's Hard to Ask for Help
We're brought up to be strong, self-sufficient, independent people. We think it is a sign of weakness if we ask for help, so we keep our struggles hidden, stuffed deep inside. However, that's not God's plan. Galatians 6:2 says "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." God wants us to care for others--and allow others to care for us in our time of need. If you're sad or struggling inside, don't suffer alone. Ask for help. Stephen Ministers are ready to listen, care, encourage, pray, and help you through a tough time. (It's confidential too!) Find out more about Stephen Ministry by talking with one of our Stephen Leaders: Eve Hanie (770-460-5312) or Beth Burns-Craig (770-719-0423) Our Stephen Ministers are there to care!
Providence Prayer Team
If prayer is one of your spiritual gifts, the Providence prayer team needs you. We are expanding our ministry to include monthly prayer services, weekly altar attendants and pastoral prayer. If you have questions, would like to volunteer or have a prayer request, please email the prayer team at provprayer@bellsouth.net

Please call Barbara Hudson (678.773.4656); Kevin McCormick (770.891.1177) or Rebecca McLaren (770-755-1863). You will be blessed as you see the healing process at work!
