The Connectors*
This class follows the sermon topic with discussion and shared insights. Class contact is Vicki Hansen. The Connectors welcome anyone looking for a small group. Room 104

10:00 a.m. Sunday

Friends in Christ
Come to Friends in Christ Sunday school at 10:00 a.m. for a study on the book of Jude. Facilitators are Clarice Howard, John Lane, Garry Smith, Ron & Cheryl Clower and John Lacey. Room 106.


What Would Jesus Do*
This class looks for scriptural references to determine how to respond to the challenges and pressures of modern day life. Participation and discussion are its strength and the “fun” part of the class is what is learned from each other. The class is begins a four week study, “God’s Health Plan,” on May 11th Room F13

The Farsiders*
A unique class for folks who quickly want to build a fellowship circle within the church. The class will start a new study soon. Room 103

The Pathfinders*
A group of growing Christians who are learning to discern and fulfill God’s will. Lessons involve lively discussions and interaction. The Pathfinders foster close fellowship among class members by sponsoring frequent social activities. Studying 12 Ordinary Men and 12 Extraordinary Women of the Bible. Room 105

B.A.S.I.C. (Brothers and Sisters in Christ)*
A delightful, varied group of individuals, who share with each other, affirm each other, and learn more about God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. The class is studying Max Lucado’s Life Lessons: 1 & 2 Titus and Timothy. Room 104

11:11 a.m. Sunday

The Bridge
This class follows the sermon each day with discussion and shared insights about scripture and sermon points. Facilitators Gary and Beth Weers welcome anyone looking for a small group. Room 104

Open Door

The Alpha Course

6:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesday

DivorceCare
Tuesday 6:30 – 8:30 PM
You do not have to go through this alone! Come to this 15 week class for those experiencing or contemplating divorce. The class is free and childcare is available with a reservation. 9:00 a.m. Wednesdays

Chop and Chat
Wednesday 9:00-11:00 AM
During the school year, women gather for Bible study, then those who are able can stay afterwards for an extra hour to help prepare church supper. The study, fellowship & prayer ends at 11:00am, at which time, the ladies head to the kitchen to help “chop” up ingredients for Wednesday night dinner. Lots of “chatting” goes on during this time each week. Once a month, the group heads to lunch after helping in the kitchen. Contact Angela Foster (770-719-1194) for info about the fall 2008 study.

6:30 p.m. Wednesday

Conversation Cafe
Led by Renee Haywood, this small group meets weekly after Wednesday Night Supper to discuss topics from Christian writers. Preparation is not required, just drop in at Room 103 at 6:30 p.m. during the school year.

F.I.T. Families in Training
This group will meet twice each month in 106 to study “Death by Suburb” by David Goetz. Remaining meeting dates are: May 7th and 14th.

Crown Ministries

8:00 a.m. Second Saturday

Men's Ministry
A men’s service ministry group meets each month for breakfast and fellowship. The next function is the Men’s Breakfast at 8:00 a.m. on May 10th. Call Tom Nolan (678-817-5992)

Faith and Fitness
Women’s group meets monthly to study Joanna Weaver’s book “Having a Mary Spirit.” After Bible Study and prayer the group walks for an hour of exercise and fellowship. For info call Shirley Allen (678-817-4269).
