This class looks for scriptural references to determine how to respond to the challenges and pressures of modern day life. Participation and discussion are its strength and the “fun” part of the class is what is learned from each other. Drop-ins welcome!

A group of growing Christians who are learning to discern and fulfill God’s will. Lessons involve lively discussions and interaction. The Pathfinders foster close fellowship among class members by sponsoring frequent social activities.

Class meets Wednesdays 9:30-11am during the school year. Those who are able to stay then help with Wednesday Night Supper preparations in the kitchen. Childcare is provided during both class and kitchen work time. Class is currently studying Francis Chan’s “Crazy Love.”

Revelation Study
Do you have questions about the end times? Ever wonder what the seals, trumpets and horses mean? Come to this 12 week study led by Ron Clower using his book, “Jesus Christ: the Centerpiece of God’s Universe.” Come to the church office to get a book for $20. Email Leslie at llunsford@provumc.com.

Community Bible Study*
This group of ladies from many denominations meets at Providence UMC on Friday mornings 9:30-11:30 a.m. during the school year. Nursery, children’s & juniors programs, 6 weeks-8th grade, available. Men’s Fellowship Group
