We are honored you are checking us out!

Finding a church home through which you can grow spiritually is an important decision – one we pray you clothe in prayer. So, here are a few things to help you as you consider Providence:

First and Foremost:

We love the Lord! We put Him first! There is no greater pleasure on this earth than coming together as a church family to worship Him. As we think about all God has done for us through His Son, Jesus Christ, we are passionate about affording opportunities for our church family to grow in their spiritual journey.

Our Mission: Connect, Equip, Go

Our passion as a family of believers is loving each other and drawing others to Christ by being welcoming to all and growing together in Him as we serve others. Providence UMC strives to glorify God and share the love and teachings of Jesus Christ through worship, the creation of a strong church family and outreach to those around us & around the world….Connect, Equip, Go!

Come As You Are

We say that, and we really mean it. Come in jeans, come in a coat & tie, either way you will feel right at home. For us, it is the posture of the heart wanting to grow in Christ’s image that is most important. So, come relaxed and let’s worship God together!

How about Your Family? For the time being, children & teens worship with their families

When things are back to normal, just come to the Welcome Desk in the Children’s Building when you visit the first time, sign your children in to the security system and we’ll do the rest. All of our workers and volunteers are background-checked every year and we have UMC Safe Sanctuary policies in place to protect your children.
Kids go to worship with their parents at 9:00 & 11:00am then head to the Children’s Building for age appropriate lessons. Sunday School meets at 10:00am.
Small Groups for middle school and high school meet at 10:00am. Students meet for fun & worship on Sunday evenings from 5-7:00pm and for small groups on Wednesday evenings during the school year.

When You Visit…

If you are visiting with us for the first time this Sunday, thank you! Please pick up a visitor’s bag in the lobby as you leave. If you would like additional information, call the church office or send us an email. We wish you blessings for the coming week and hope to see you Sunday!
