A baby changes everything, and one thing it changes is our schedules. Mary and Joseph had a schedule around getting married and starting a life together. Their schedules changed immediately after the angel appeared to Mary and told her she would conceive by the Holy Spirit and have a baby, the Son of God. "A Baby Changes Everything."

    The writer of Hebrews is telling us as Christians that it is time to "Grow Up." We have been fed the basics of God's salvation. Now, we should "Grow Up" and use our salvation message to spread God's love to others.

    Mercy is when I do not receive a punishment I deserve. Grace is when I received a gift I didn't deserve. God shows us Mercy by sending His son to take the punishment that we deserve which is the ultimate Grace of God. "16 Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need." NIV Hebrews 4:16

    People today will say, " I am spiritual, not religious. I don't need church. I can worship wherever I am." The New Testament tells us that it is important to gather together in worship. Fix your mind on Jesus and remain "Faithful as a Son."

    When we put our trust in Christ, we become children of God. Christians are all one family of God, and we have a commitment to love one another. This became so because Jesus came to earth in HUMILITY to experience everything we experience.
